Fender Stratocaster tuning or repair manual?

Hi!

I have a 2003 Fender HSS American Series Strat and am having trouble
adjusting the neck and string height because it has buzz on some
strings.

If I adjust the neck, I can avoid the buzz, but the strings are
slightly separated from the fret.

Does anyone have a manual or a good book that teaches how to overcome
this problem?

Seemed no one responded to you. There isn't a specific guide for your guitar,
but the trick is raising the string height at your bridge to compensate.
