Hi all

You've probably seen this on other forums (I frequent 3). It's called 'Is
this our Country?'

http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=679588

I don't actually usually play heavy music but the lyrics kind of drew it in
that direction. I generally find that when presented with lyrics they kind
of feel right sung a certain way, but other people will sing them totally
differently.

Drums are courtesy of Cakewalk Sonar synth called Session Drummer 2.

Guitar is my trusty old Yamaha Pacifica.

Let me know what you think!

Cheers

Cool song - I get the feeling that its pointing the finger at people buying
holiday homes leaving no affordable proprty for local people.
This happenes in Cornwall I do know - but in plenty of other places too,
Wales, the Lakes etc.
</me reads track info>
"This song is fundamentally about the destruction of indiginous communities
through these means."

Ah, I was right.

Great song, the chorus reminds me of a punk band but I cant think of the
name.

Has quite a dark feel about it which is reflected in the lyric I think.

Great composition.

Well done that man.

Cool selection of gear. I'm still hankering after a pocket pod myself......
I have heard only great things about the F310's. They are supposed to be
awesome for the money both in tone and playability.
When I went to get an acoustic, I wanted a F310 but they were out of stock.
In hindsight I should have been more patient and waited until new stock came
in but I had the money and I wanted an acoustic there and then! I came away
with a below par acoustic which I ended up giving away some months later.

The pignose and traveller both look cool.

I notice you are still missing a bass guitar?............
