Allman Brothers in acoustic drop-D, any others?

Been having a great deal of luck with a drop-D tuning on my Martin JC RE-16
Aura.
Especially, "No Way Out," and "I'm No Angel." I found it possible to play
the harmony, then add the bass and then add the slide effect all
simultaneously in the first song.

I would make the effort to write it down if someone with the same interests
would reciprocate.
Specifially interested in drop-D rock and blues.

Tony.

I dont know of many for acoustic. As for the Allman brothers, Lord Valve is
the resident expert I do believe but he seems to have vanished.

Some drop D songs that spring to mind:

Everlong: Foo Fighters
Whatsername: Greenday

Probably not what you had in mind though I'd wager.
